Credit Policy
ZGC accepts Discover, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Pay Pal and Bank Wire Transfers. No CODs. You will be charged upon shipment of your purchase. Certified checks, Personal checks, Money Orders or other financial instruments will be held until cleared before shipment of goods. This may delay shipment 2 to 4 weeks.
Please Note: WE WILL SHIP ONLY TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
Please be advised that in the event that you decide to cancel or return an order, deposits and all payments processed by credit card will be refunded directly to the financial institution in accordance with the original payment method, less all applicable bank fees incurred by ZGC, as well as any appropriate shipping and restocking charges. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process.
We will be happy to consider extending credit terms to the following:
- Fortune 500 Companies
- Government Agencies
- State University Systems and other Public Schools
- Companies or Individuals whose positive credit references include entities with whom ZGC has an established business relationship
All other customers:
(1) We require a Credit Application. Please print out, complete, and fax to “Attention: Eggy” at ZGC, fax 973-335-4560.
(2) Payment in full is required for the initial order

Return Policy
Prosumer Items Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase in new condition. Shipping charges are not refundable
1. Call ZGC and obtain an Authorized Return Number.
2. Pack the item securely in the item’s original packaging. Software must be unopened and warranty cards must be blank.
3. Put the Authorized Return Number on or in the shipping box.
4. Ship by traceable method only (examples: UPS, FedEx). Return shipping charges are not refundable.
5. Please allow 5-7 business days after receipt of item at ZGC for refund to process.

Special Order Items The purchase price of special order items is refundable only if returned to ZGC with an Authorized Return Number within 5 days of purchase. Special order items are subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective Items Defective items may be repaired or exchanged for the same or manufacturer's equivalent model, at the manufacturer's discretion. Depending on the product in question, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly due to their warranty. If needed, we are happy to help you with the process. Our goal is to get you up and running as quickly as possible!
Simple But Worth Saying Be sure the equipment is in good working order before your production deadline. When you receive a shipment from us, check the box and the product when it arrives. If you see obvious damage, you may want to refuse the delivery, otherwise it could affect your claim against the carrier later.
Even if the shipping box looks okay, open it without delay to be absolutely sure that nothing was damaged in shipment. If it was damaged, call us right away. Be sure that any warranty items are in good working order right out of the manufacturer's packaging. If you wait too long before turning on that Canon or JVC camera for the first time, it tends to look like damage instead of a manufacturer's defect.
Pricing
We make every effort to be sure the prices on our site are correct!
That said, with tens of thousands of items from scores of different manufacturers, mistakes can happen. If there is a difference between the price on our site and the correct price of an item, and the correct price is lower, we will ship and charge you the lower price. If, however, the correct price is higher than what is shown we will contact you before proceeding. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
